We've simplified our claims process to ensure that you receive your benefit as quickly as possible. Depending on the type of Woolworths Insurance product, you may be able to lodge a claim, or enquire about an existing claim, via the useful document section of our website or over the phone.

Woolworths Funeral Insurance

We know that making a claim is the last thing you want to do during a really difficult time. Rest assured our Customer Service team are highly trained and professional and will endeavour to look after you throughout the claims process. You can enquire about making a claim in the following ways:

  • Call us on 1300 95 4290 weekdays between 8am-8pm (AEST/AEDT) excluding public holidays or
  • Write to Claim Services, Woolworths Funeral Insurance, PO Box 6728, Baulkham Hills NSW, 2153. We will send you a form to be completed, signed and returned with supporting documentation, where required.
