We've simplified our claims process to ensure that you receive your benefit as quickly as possible. Depending on the type of Woolworths Insurance product, you may be able to lodge a claim, or enquire about an existing claim, via the useful documents section of our website or over the phone.

We know that making a claim during an unfortunate time can be very difficult. Our team of customer care consultants are highly trained and professional and will endeavour to look after you throughout the claims process.
You can enquire about making a claim in the following ways:
• Call us on 1300 361 698 between 8am-8pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
• Write to Claim Services, Woolworths Life/Funeral Insurance, PO Box 6728, Baulkham Hills, NSW, 2153. We will send you a form to be completed, signed and returned with supporting documentation, where required.
