You can enquire about making a claim in the following ways:
• Call us on 1300 361 698 between 8am-8pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
• Write to Claim Services, Woolworths Life Insurance, PO Box 6728, Baulkham Hills, NSW, 2153. We will send you a form to be completed, signed and returned with supporting documentation, where required.
