Effective 17 April 2019, Woolworths Life Insurance has updated the process for customers who wish to cancel their policy with us. You may now cancel your policy either in writing or over the phone. Customers who wish to cancel their policy over the phone will require their policy information to complete the request.
* For any policy issued after 1 July 2017, claims under Woolworth's Children Trauma cover will be assessed against the better of the applicable PDS definition or the minimum standard medical definition issued by Financial Services Council. For more information visit www.fsc.org.au.
