    How to link your Everyday Rewards Account to your Everyday Insurance policy

    Car, Home or Landlords Insurance customers:

    • Login to My Insurance Portal
    • Go to 'My Account'
    • Click on ‘View my rewards and benefits'
    • Click on 'Manage card' button
    • Add your Everyday Rewards Card number on the field and click ‘Apply'

    Pet and Life Insurance customers:
    Call our friendly Customer Care team on 1300 10 1234.

    • Pet Insurance hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (AEST/AEDT) (except public holidays)
    • Life Insurance hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (AEST/AEDT) (except public holidays)

     

    Frequently asked questions

    What changes are happening to the 10% discount?

    As of 1 July 2023, you are no longer be able to redeem your 10% discount online (including Pick Up & Direct to boot), however, you can still enjoy this benefit in store at Woolworths or Woolworths Metro. View the new Terms & Conditions.


    How does the 10% discount offer work?

    The 10% off your groceries shop offer period is valid for redemption any day throughout the month. This offer can only be redeemed once in that month and is limited to $500 in a single transaction.

    To receive the 10% off groceries offer in-store: you must scan your Everyday Rewards Card. The Card must be linked to your Everyday Insurance policy. Applicable customers can elect when they choose to take up the offer by selecting "yes" or "no" when prompted at checkout.

    The offer is only available for qualifying purchases made in store and excludes online orders made on woolworths.com.au or via the Woolworths app (including Pick up and Direct to boot orders).


    How long does the 10% off discount offer go for?

    Between 12:01am (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of every month and 11:59pm of the last day of every month. The offer can be redeemed in store at any time during the offer period, as long as you have an active policy and meet the offer conditions.

    The offer is only available for qualifying purchases made in store and excludes Woolworths Online purchases made on woolworths.com.au or via the Woolworths app.


    I did not receive my 10% discount, what do I do?

    If you did not receive your 10% discount, you can call us on 1300 10 1234 during our operating hours.

    You will need to provide the following information found on your shopping receipt. This will help us look into why you did not receive the discount

    • Date
    • Time
    • Store name / number
    • Value of transaction

    How will I know when the 10% discount promotion is on?

    The 10% discount is available once and can be redeemed any time within a calendar month period. You will be notified in store at checkout when you scan your Everyday Rewards Card that is linked to your Insurance policy.

     The offer is only available for qualifying purchases made in store and excludes Woolworths Online purchases made on woolworths.com.au or via the Woolworths app.


    I linked my Everyday Rewards card to my policy, can I redeem the offer straight away?

    Once you have linked your Rewards card to your Insurance Policy, it may take up to 45 days for the offer to be available to redeem.

    When can I redeem this offer?

    The offer period commences at 12:01am (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of every calendar month and ends at 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of that same calendar month. Customers can only redeem the offer once during each offer period regardless of the number of Everyday Insurance Policies or Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Accounts they hold.

    This offer is limited to one Woolworths Supermarket transaction up to $500, with a maximum saving of $50 per Everyday Rewards card, per month.

    Eligibility

    For Everyday Insurance customers to be eligible, they are required to:

    • have an active Car, Home, Landlord, Pet or Life Insurance policy; and
    • have linked their registered Everyday Rewards Card to their Everyday Insurance policy.

    For Everyday Mobile from Woolworths customers to be eligible, they are required to:

    • be 18 years old and over
    • have recharged their pre-paid mobile plan before the credit expiry
    • have kept payments up to date, if on a Post-paid mobile plan; and
    • have linked their registered Everyday Rewards Card to their Everyday Mobile from Woolworths account

    Exclusions

    Excluded from this offer are:

    • Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Green Slip policyholders, Roadside Assist and Everyday Travel Insurance policyholders;
    • Woolworths Online orders (including Woolworths Online business accounts i.e. an account with an ABN or Business Name); and
    • certain products, services, fees or in conjunction with any other offers including online purchases, any vouchers, Delivery Saver items, bag fee and crate service fee, internet cafes, purchases of liquor, smoking/tobacco products and accessories, newspapers, Woolworths Services, Gift Cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Everyday Mobile from Woolworths devices or plans, travel cards and tickets, Carpet Care, lottery products and Everyday Market from Woolworths orders.

    Linking New Cards

    Any changes to your Everyday Rewards Card may impact your ability to redeem the Offer and may take up to 45 days for the Offer to become available.

    How to redeem

    To redeem the offer in store, eligible customers must have their Everyday Rewards card linked to their active Everyday Insurance policy or Everyday Mobile from Woolworths account:

    1. Scan the linked Everyday Rewards card at checkout
    2. You will be prompted to accept or decline the Offer
    3. Choose to apply the Offer to your shop

    Once applied, the offer can not be reversed.

    This offer does not form part of an Insurance product or Mobile plan. It is an additional offer made available to Everyday Rewards members who hold an eligible product or service. Woolworths reserves the right to amend the Offer at any time without notice. Woolworths reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time without notice. The Offer cannot be bundled with, or used in conjunction with, any other offer (including any employee discounts, if applicable).
