    How to link your Everyday Rewards Account

    Woolworths Insurance policy

    Car, Home or Landlords Insurance customers:

    • Login to My Insurance Portal
    • Go to 'My Account'
    • Click on ‘View my rewards and benefits'
    • Click on 'Manage card' button
    • Add your Everyday Rewards Card number on the field and click ‘Apply'

    Pet and Life Insurance customers:
    Call our friendly Customer Care team on 1300 10 1234.

    ° 10% discount offer applies to Woolworths Insurance policyholders, excluding Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Green Slip policyholders and Woolworths Travel Insurance policyholders, with a registered Everyday Rewards card linked to the policy when making the purchase in-store, or placing a groceries order online from 12:01am (AEST/AEDT) selected offer start date and 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) selected offer end date (“Offer Period”).

    The Offer excludes Tasmania and Everyday Market from Woolworths orders, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is limited to one transaction per customer, up to a value of $500 on groceries in a single transaction. To be eligible for this offer, the Woolworths Insurance Policyholder must link their Everyday Rewards account to their insurance policy by logging into My Insurance Portal at or by calling the Woolworths Insurance contact centre. For Woolworths Pet Insurance Policyholders, contact our customer service team on 1300 10 1234 to link your Everyday Rewards account to your insurance policy. Limit of one Everyday Rewards account may be linked to each Woolworths Insurance Policy. It may take up to 45 days for the offer to be available after you have linked your Rewards card to your Insurance Policy. 

    The 10% off offer will only apply to one groceries shop during the Offer Period. Eligible customers can choose one shop of their choice to apply the discount to during the Offer Period. Customers will be alerted by an on-screen prompt at self-serve or asked by a team member when going through a register. Once the choice has been made to apply the discount, this decision cannot be reversed. To receive the 10% off offer in-store, Insurance Policyholders must scan their Everyday Rewards card during the Offer Period. To receive the 10% off discount online, Insurance Policy holders must place a groceries order online during the Offer Period, have their Everyday Rewards card linked to their online account and enter the promo code (sent to them by email) at the online checkout at, and spend $30 or more on groceries for Pick up orders or $50 or more on groceries for Home Delivery orders. To be eligible for the online offer and to receive your online promo code you need to have opted in for marketing preferences at least two weeks prior to the offer start date. Excludes any vouchers or offers or Delivery Saver items, bag fee and crate service fee, internet cafes, purchases of liquor, smoking/tobacco products and accessories, newspapers, Woolworths Services, Gift Cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards and tickets, Carpet Care, lottery products and any Everyday Market from Woolworths orders. Bag fees and crate service fees apply for Pick-up and Delivery orders. This offer cannot be used with a Woolworths Online business account (i.e. an account with an ABN or Business Name).
